Un lieu bien entretenu, appartement très bien et bien aménagé. Personnel très accueillant. Le seul petit bémol serait l'accès aux pistes... Il y a un peu de marche à pied (5 min), c'est faisable mais il faut le prendre en compte pour les enfants ou les personnes vite fatiguées. Attention aussi pour le parking, les places sont assez serrées. A part cela, tout était parfait, la vue sur le domaine skiable est superbe avec le couché de soleil !
Bonjour, Merci à toute l'équipe, nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Val Thorens. L'ensemble de l'équipe est d'une gentillesse remarquable, disponible et souriante, cela est très agréable. Le Chalet est bien situé sur le haut de la station et a proximité des pistes (moins de 5min à pieds des pistes) le parking fermé sur place est très pratique. Un appartement spacieux et moderne avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre permet à chacun de se préparer sans se bousculer le matin ! Le pain et les croissants arrivent sur demande tous les matins devant la porte et permet de débuter agréablement la journée Merci à toute l'équipe ! Nous reviendrons surement !
A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. When traveling with a group of seven (or 8) people, it’s often difficult to find an apartment with multiple bedrooms with sufficient bathrooms. Residence Hermine offers exactly that with 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each equipped with an ensuite bathroom, and the other services are fantastic as well! The sauna and the swimming pool with hot tub were a joy to use every day, the breakfast service was an amazing service to have and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although it isn’t truly ski-in/ski-out, that is more than made up for by all the other great features mentioned above.

Really great place overall for 14 of us!! Location is uphill but there is a bus that gets you close enough. The walk to the slope is again a little uphill but not that far and skiing in is close enough as well. The sauna facilities are really fantastic and we loved using the at home raclette machine. The lady at reception was extremely nice and helpful. The ski lockers are huge. The rooms have wonderful views. Would highly recommend. And the lobby dog is the best!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hermine/des neiges. The appartment was good and clean, it had everything you need for a week of skiing, including a fantastic view off the balcony on the mountain and slopes. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and ski’s could be rented in the shop downstairs, also very convenient. Nice additions such as a spa and breakfast service. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is the absence of ski in/out, but it was only ~100 meters walk to the closest spot to get onto the slopes. And very close to the bars! Overall great stay, highly recommend and would book again.

Prima appartementen. Zeer rustig - in de voorjaarsvakantie ! - maar heerlijk zwembad, hamman, sauna en jacuzzi. Let op: de locatie is prachtig (Val thorens, uitzicht) maar het is wel een hartverhogende wandeling. Als je een slechte conditie hebt is het best zwaar om naar de ingang te lopen vanaf de piste of de busstop. Afgezien daarvan was het heel fijn, met een broodjesservice in de ochtend (tegen zeer acceptabele prijzen op het niveau waar je het ook gewoon zelf voor koopt in de winkel). Uitermate vriendelijke receptioniste en overig personeel.

The chalet is amazing with amazing facilities and staff. The rooms and amenities were top class. The only downside I would have is location, although extremely close ~5 mins to the shop, the walk after après ski in ski boots is quite tough. It’s about 20 minutes up a hill which isn’t great, but coming back to a sauna and jacuzzi after made it all worth it.

We were a large, two family group with young kids and teenagers. We loved the apartment with lots of space to gather and be together. The service was excellent. A shout out especially to Maïwenn for her help! We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. The free shuttle is just down the street which helped with getting to and from, especially with our littlest ones.
Top locatie, ruim appartement en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Elke dag verse broodjes geleverd aan de deur, skiën tot aan de voordeur en op korte loopafstand van de het centrum. Stoomcabine, sauna en zwembad heerlijk na het skiën.
Location is terrible 30 mins walk back from main lift area. Rooms have large wooden beams across them we all hit our heads multiple times with one friend becoming concussed. Reception is never open at convenient times. No wifi and tv didn’t work even when reception said they would fix it. Toilet paper and cleaning products were not sufficiently provided. Genuinely very unhappy with our stay.
Dear Mrs CHILDS, we're very disappointed to read that you didn't enjoy your stay. During your stay you could have get to the reception to discuss your issue and lot will have been fixed. The closest access to the slope is at 300m from the resdence. The reception desk is open in the morning and in the early evening. for the toilet paper and cleaning product, if you request it from the recpetion desk they could give you some but it's up to you to bring it in a self-catered apartment. The WIFI works when you enter your email address and for the TV if the team is not aware, we could not verify it but on the saturday of your arrival everything was working. Excellente semaine avec le beau soleil, Personnel de réception à l'écoute et très souriante. très bonne exposition de l'appartement.il faudrait peut être revoir le coin cuisine qui n'est pas fonctionnel dans l'appartement 11 ( plaque de cuisson trop petite) et les placards de rangement de vaisselles. Manque portes serviettes dans les deux autres salles de bains et manque de place pour les valises.

After a very confusing start given the name of the accommodation was unclear from the outside and up a steep hill carrying heavy bags (good job our children could help and were teenagers). We were greeted by a friendly lady on reception who gave information on our room location. The room was a good size and decent kitchen area with en suite bedrooms. The furniture and fixtures were a little tired in the bedrooms could do with a refurb and more lighting. As a family of 4 not enough storage space for clothing but we managed living out of the suitcases as well as the small units. Access not really suitable for people with physical needs as narrow passages and lots of steps. Ski lockers were great - good size for all the equipment and easy to access from the accommodation. Bad service. Reception is closed half the time. Every time we wanted to asked the shuttle (paid) he was unavailable. They randomly lock the spa room and there’s no one to contact about it.

Staying in the Sommet apartment and it’s very run down, we paid £28k for 21 of us going on the amazing pictures on the internet, certainly looks nothing like it when your here. Needs a full refurb, lights don’t work, internet is hardly on. The TV had no remote control, we complained and a new tv arrived yet we had to install it. Rooms are very small with cot beds and bathrooms that taps and lights don’t work. Far too hot as well. It’s not ski in or out and is located at the top of the village and isn’t easy to get to up icy roads. Only positive is good chalet ladies who are very apologetic for the conditions and completely agree, in their words they have been asking for it to be upgraded for years. The state of the kitchen they work in isn’t great.

Brilliant location in Val Thorens, all the staff were super helpful. Apartment was perfect for a week, well equipped and ski lockers were a bonus. Ski shop on site was perfect, super helpful staff and all equipment was excellent

Nous sommes au chalet des Hermines. Nous sommes très satisfait, les chambres sont propres et le chalet est bien situé par apport au centre et aux pistes. Le fait de pouvoir louer les skis directement au chalet est un vrai plus, César est très accueillant et agréable ! Le personnel est également super, à l’écoute et se rend disponible pour toute demande. La salle de sport, le spa et les autres services proposées sont un vrai plus.
