Residence Olympiades hôtel à Les Belleville

Important note: we stayed in Appartement de MAE, No. 225, and the apartment itself was absolutely fine, clean, and well managed. That appears to be separately owned/managed from the main building, so this review is specifically for Residence Olympiades as a building and communal space. Residence Olympiades is in a perfect location right in the centre of Val Thorens, less than 5 minutes to walk to the ski area and lifts, with easy access to shops, gear hire, the bakery, and the sports/wellness centre. For convenience alone, the location is excellent and makes it a great base for a ski holiday. Unfortunately, the main building itself is in a shocking state of disrepair. What a disaster experience. Very shady hotel, the rooms were very poor and no hot water to shower. Asked several times to fix it asap otherwise we would leave to another hotel. Because it still wasnt fixed we tried to contact the agency. After 8 times even the emergancy number didnt answer. Then we booked another hotel cause 2 days without shower aint an option. Then finally they called back with a solution, but we already left. The owners didnt payed us back anything despite we Booked 5 nights and stayed just one.

Don’t go, unless you want to ruin your holidays

A great location but a dilapidated building. Stair lights that don't work, rubbish and broken appliances in the corridors and dirty. The exit by the ski boot room was thick ice which was trickier manoeuvre than any ski run we did! Our tiny studio apartment was fine, it was warm and despite being near bars and restaurants the double glazing meant it was quiet. It could be a good stay if the common areas were taken care of.

Petit Studio modulaire, mais bien situé

Résidence vétuste, a la limite de l'arnaque. Pas de tv dans les chambres, pas de chauffage, appartement très sale a notre arrivé. Strict minimum pour faire a manger, saleté et poussière ne ce cachent pas. Bagarre en pleine nuit a notre étage, il y a bien des murs mais détrompez vous on entend tout les voisins !! A fuire !!

Un appartement insalubre un immeuble vétuste une insonorisation Street minimum( on entend tout) la première nuit de notre arrivée le samedi une bagarre a éclaté au 4e étage il a soi-disant la sécurité elle est bien cachée emplacement très bien proche des commerces et de la piste de la moisissure parterre fuyez!!!!

De faciliteiten in de kamer waren als volgt: 1 koekenpan 2 kookpannen (ca. 3 liter) Twee keramische kookplaten die te dicht op elkaar zaten om meerdere pannen tegelijk te gebruiken 4 messen 2 badkamers, waarvan slechts 1 douche functioneerde Een vaatwasser (niet werkend) Vies servies van vorige gebruikers De slaapplaatsen waren ronduit bizar. De receptie stelde dat het hebben van een dekbed niet gebruikelijk is in Frankrijk, dus moesten wij het doen met het fleecekleed dat in de kamer aanwezig was. Horrible experience a person from our travel group was assaulted in the hall by one of the workers. Additionally all the plates were still dirty from the last people staying in the room and the sleeping accommodations were terrible.

Schimmel in de kamer, betaald voor beddengoed maar je moest er voor vechten om er toch een te krijgen. Kamer ruikt ook heel raar, en allemaal gekke vlekken op de vloer
